2. Job Acceptance & Scope of Work (SOW)

  • Accepting the Job Invite verifies that you can perform 100% of the project scope as outlined.

  • Any included travel or per diem was listed in the invite and Job Order. No additional compensation or reimbursement beyond what is detailed in the Job Invite will be provided.

3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Equipment Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all necessary PPE and equipment needed for the project.

  • If you do not have or cannot acquire the required equipment 48 hours before the job start date, email Operations@goyellowbird.com immediately.

4. Professional Appearance & Branding

  • While working as a YellowBird Pro on a company job site, wearing logos from other companies is strictly prohibited.

  • Any reports or deliverables must follow YellowBird-approved templates and tools. Do not include other business logos, personal contact information, or additional branding.

5. Reporting & Deliverables

  • All reports or other deliverables must be completed and submitted within the timeline stated in the Job Order.

  • If you are unable to meet the required deadline, notify the designated Group Text or Operations@goyellowbird.com as soon as possible.

6. Non-Circumvention Policy

  • YellowBird Pros have agreed via the Terms of Service not to engage directly with organizations for future jobs outside of the YellowBird platform.

  • Attempting to bypass YellowBird or negotiate independently with companies will result in immediate removal from the YellowBird platform.

7. Scope & Job Order Compliance

  • Job Orders include specific scope details, including schedule and allotted hours.

  • YellowBird Professionals are not authorized to exceed the job scope without written approval from YellowBird.

  • Any concerns about scope or additional requirements after the job start should be directed to YellowBird.

  • While on an assignment, all YellowBird Pros are required to respond to any email, phone call, or text from YellowBird staff within 24 hours.

  • This policy ensures any updates, changes, or corrections are addressed promptly.

  • Additional topics or issues may arise during the project, and this 24-hour response policy applies to all communications related to your assignment.
