How to Reactivate or Deactivate Your Account

Reactivating Your Account:

If you do not complete the onboarding process and have not visited your Pro Dashboard in 30 days, your account will be set to “pending.” This means that you will not be able to receive any potential job email invitations or additional communication from YellowBird.

  • To reactivate your account, simply log into your Dashboard, and your account will be reactivated. Yes, it's that simple!

Deactivating Your Account:

If you are unable to continue working with YellowBird, or feel the need to deactivate your pro account, we encourage you to reach out to our team at operations@goyellowbird.com to provide feedback and discuss other options. If you have provided feedback, and spoken with our team and still wish to deactivate your account, follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your Pro Dashboard
  2. Using the menu on the left hand side of the screen, click "Settings"
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Deactivate Account"
  4. You will then be logged out, and your account will be successfully deactivated
