How to Mark a Job “Complete”

Once you have completed a job, it is required that you mark the job "Complete" in order to initiate the completion and payment process.

Once you have completed the work outlined in the job description, follow the steps below to mark the job "Complete"

  1. Log into your Pro Dashboard.
  2. Using the menu to the left, click "My Jobs."
  3. Click on the specific job that you have just completed.
  4. Once all information has loaded, input your mileage.
    1. If mileage was not used during the job, please input "0."
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Complete Job."

Once the steps above have been completed, the YellowBird team will be alerted to review all job details, submit for approval to the Organization, and initiate payment. You can expect to receive payment within 48 business hours from marking the job as "Complete".
