How do I Update my Payment and Billing Methods?

Keeping your payment and billing information up-to-date ensures a seamless payment experience with YellowBird. Follow these steps to update your payment and billing methods through your Pro Dashboard

  1. Log into Your Pro Dashboard Visit https://app.goyellowbird.com and log in using your credentials.

  2. Access the Settings Menu Once logged in, navigate to the Settings option located at the bottom left of the menu.

  3. Open the Payments Tab In the Settings section, click on the Payments tab at the top of the page. Here, you will see all your current payment and billing details.

  4. Add or Update Information

    • If you need to add a new payment method, follow the prompts to enter the required details.

    • To update existing information, select the relevant fields, make your changes, and save them.

  5. Verify Your Changes Double-check the information to ensure accuracy. This step is especially important to avoid delays or issues with receiving payments.
