Advancing to the second stage of YellowBird Pro onboarding involves the completion of a state/county background check.
- This pivotal step is seamlessly activated within the YellowBird platform and bears no cost to you, as YellowBird takes care of the expenses.
- Upon selecting this step within the onboarding window, a click will take you to a website that will facilitate the streamlined completion of this required background check.
- After filling out the information necessary, your onboarding status will state "Processing" in this step.
- Results will be processed in as early as a few hours, or up to a few weeks depending on your state and county.
- Once you pass the background check, YellowBird will be notified and your dashboard will be updated and marked as "Completed".
- Any and all findings on background checks will be emailed to the address you list when filling out the virtual form.
- If you do not pass the background check, a YellowBird team member will notify you.
- One or more felonies in the last seven years will cause you to fail the background check.
